Myles came out promptly and fixed my garage door. The next day the spring broke which was unrelated to the prior fix but he again came out promptly and fixed that free of charge. The next week a pest control expert noted there was an indentation at the top of the garage plus a crack at the bottom where the rubber seal at the bottom had shrunk over time which might let rodents in. Myles offer to offset the cost of the repair against a new garage door. He came out promptly again and did an excellent job installing a new garage door at a great price. He put extra rubber/seal at the bottom to allow for future shrinkage. The pest man saw his work and was impressed. My new garage door is insulated and works great keeping out the heat. We also installed cheap windows at the top to let in light. I am very pleased with the workmanship and price we paid. I highly recommend them. more

Our spring broke on one of our garage doors. I called several different garage door repair shops and got quotes from $165 to $275. In speaking to most of these shops I just got the feeling that they were out to screw me. When I called this company they answered my questions directly and gave me a quote of $150. Making the appointment was easy and they didn't ask for a 4 hour window that I had to sit around the house waiting for them. They gave me a 2 hour window and called a half hour before they showed to tell me they were on the way. The technician fixed the spring and gave the door opening system a once over ie. lubed up the hinges. Next time I have a garage door problem, this company will be my first call. more

I called this company garage door service on a Saturday morning. We have a plumbing business not too long way and we hit the rollup door with our forklift. It came off the hinges and it also bent the section of steel door. We couldn’t get it fixed ourselves so we called around and ended up having this company door come out. They sent David out to fix it. He was very experienced. He was able to hammer out the kink in the section of steel. This saved us some money. He replaced some hardware and had it back in good working condition in less than one hour. He did not even charge us for the parts! I will definitely use them again and will recommend them!
