Myles came out promptly and fixed my garage door. The next day the spring broke which was unrelated to the prior fix but he again came out promptly and fixed that free of charge. The next week a pest control expert noted there was an indentation at the top of the garage plus a crack at the bottom where the rubber seal at the bottom had shrunk over time which might let rodents in. Myles offer to offset the cost of the repair against a new garage door. He came out promptly again and did an excellent job installing a new garage door at a great price. He put extra rubber/seal at the bottom to allow for future shrinkage. The pest man saw his work and was impressed. My new garage door is insulated and works great keeping out the heat. We also installed cheap windows at the top to let in light. I am very pleased with the workmanship and price we paid. I highly recommend them.
