The replaced the transmission in my 2006 Jeep Wrangler about 2.5 years ago. And they did a great job. Recently the computer which controls the transmission (among other things) went bad. Took it back to Andrew's for repair/replacement for what I thought would be covered under a three year warrantee. To my surprise I found that the computer was only covered by a TWO year warrantee. Andrews quickly and professionally replaced the computer. However it was faulty:-( They replaced the replacement. However, that computer went bad also. So. they replaced that one. And although it was difficult to believe, this unit also went bad. Andrews experts were scratching their heads but they didn't give up. Along came the Memorial Day weekend and it was early Friday. I picked up the Jeep with fingers crossed and went on my way. And of course it would not shift out of 2nd gear. I quickly took it back to Andrews. They informed me that they would not be able to obtain another computer until the coming Tuesday due to Monday being Memorial Day. Seeing my situation, the owner Delane Andrews allowed me to take the company vehicle home for the weekend. This was a very nice touch. To make a long story a bit short. The worked on my vehicle for about another week. All this time I had the company's vehicle which was quite nice. Once they found the problem we switched vehicles. I was actually sorry I had to return the company vehicle a it was much nicer than my ten year old Jeep. If you have read to this point, just know that these folks exceeded my highest expectations with regards to customer service.. And THAT is why I will always use a home town company. Especially if it is auto related. A GREAT BIG PAT ON THE BACK TO THE ANDREW'S TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS!!!!!!
