THANK YOU FOR SAVING OUR DAUGHTER!!! 11/5/2011

We were shocked to receive a call from our daughter that she was stuck in jail! Unbeknownst to us, she had left rehab and relapsed into the awful drug world. She was caught with an enormous amount of narcotics and was being charged with a felony possession with intent to sell. We called Andrew Sterling Bail Bonds and were so fortunate to find they were reasonable, professional and FAST! They sympathized with us and gave us a great deal. We met them at the jail and an hour later, we took our little girl home....THANKS TO YOU, ANDREW STERLING BAIL BONDS! If you are ever in a bind - they are the only ones to go to! We even sent a few of our friends...they were equally as thrilled. It's a scary time when you find your loved one is in jail...but this company really walks you throught out. The customer service is extraordinary!! We hope our daughter stays clean...but if she doesn't...well, we sure know who we can trust! more

AWESOME! This is the ONLY bail bonds company to use! 11/5/2011

We are so fortunate to have been referred to this bail bonds company. When we asked several criminal attorneys, they all told us that Andrew Sterling Bail Bonds was the BEST! WOW! They weren't kidding! Talk about customer service...we called in the middle of the night and within one hour, we met one of their bail agents at the jail; our son was out soon after! We were also pleasantly surprised to find that we could afford their services. They worked with us and gave us a great payment plan. UNLIKE so many other bail bond guys we called, the owners were kind, caring, fair and a true class act. THANK YOU ANDREW STERLING BAIL BONDS....you saved our son from unthinkable hell in the awful LA County jail!!! more

Great Experience with Sterling Bail Bonds! 5/24/2011

Our office receives numerous requests for bail bond referrals so we can only recommend agencies that are professional, reputable and provide excellent customer service. We are pleased to find all that in Sterling Bail Bonds! We have always heard how fast our defendants have been released, how fairly the bond is priced and how flexible the payment plans are. Thank you Sterling Bail Bonds - you never let us down! more

In Beverly Hills but my son was arrested in Okaland 5/24/2011

I live in Beverly Hills and my son moved to Berkley to attend Cal. Last week I was notified my sons roommate that he was arrested and needed help with the bail money. I was surprised to hear that my son was in jail and really didn't believe the roommate. I quickly called a local bail company to verify the information. They put me on hold for a couple of minutes and verified the charges and the arrest. The bail was $30,000 and was related to a drug charge. I asked the person on the phone if he could help me with the bail and he quickly replied ""YES"". I was happy to hear that we have a Bail Bond agency right her in Beverly Hills with the ability to release my son from the Oakland jail. The agent met me at my house and helped me complete the paperwork. It was really simple and my son was released in a couple of hours after the agent left my house. I was really happy with the service and would recommend Sterling Bail Bonds to my friends and family. more

My brothers arrest with 1275 hold 5/24/2011

My brother was arrested on a credit card fraud case. The orange county sheriff department accused him of working for an online company and stealing clients credit card information. These allegations where untrue and baseless. We quickly hired an attorney and started fighting the case. While fighting the case we noticed that my brothers was at a disadvantage because he was still in jail. Wearing the jail clothes made him look like a criminal in front of the judge and district attorney. The bail amount was $350,000 which meant we would have to provide the bail bonds company $35,000. We didn't have that type of money and needed help with removing the 1275 hold. We called several companies until we found Cesar at Sterling bail bonds. He provided us with the proper paperwork and let us make payments on the $35,000 premium. After we completed the paperwork an agent from the bail bonds company went to court and filed the motion to remove the 1275 hold. Thanks to them my brother was out the same day. more

I was out of town and needed to bail my son out of jail! 5/24/2011

I was surprised to find out that most bail bond agencies in Los Angeles require a face to face meeting to issue a bail surety bond. Last week my son was driving home with his friend after a long day and night. His friend fell asleep and forgot that my son mentioned to him that he was a little sleepy. Just to make this long story short after a couple of minutes my son fell a sleep and hit a parked car. The police was called and started interviewing my son. They asked him if he had anything to drink; while trying to be honest he told the police officer that he had one beer. The police officer arrested him for drinking and driving with an accident. The bail amount was $100,000. I was surprised at the amount but later found out that it's the standard amount in California. After getting a call from his friend I quickly researched bail agencies in the Los Angeles areas. I called about 10 agencies but only one company was willing to complete the paperwork over the phone, fax and email. Again I was surprised that all the companies I called told me that I would have to meet face to face to get it done. The one company who was willing to help was Sterling Bail Bonds. Cesar helped me complete the paperwork and explained the process. After I was done I used the hotel business center to fax everything back. I gave them my credit card information and that was it. Cesar who was very helpful and ended up writing the bond; even drove my son back home. I would highly recommend this agency to individuals who are out of town and need this done without collateral or a face to face meeting. more

Great Service ... Very Helpful 5/24/2011

Cesar Exceeded my expectations I have never been through this experience before in my life. However, Cesar made me feel very comfortable. He was fast, professional and friendly. I highly recommend calling them today. more

Poorly stafffed, Misleading and Lies! 5/21/2011

If you are dealing with a person named Cesar I would say really beware. I thoroughly explained our situation to this guy from the beginning, The person in jail had half of the 3% amount in the bank which we had no access to. It was verbally agreed upon that we (2 cosigners)would give half of the 3% amount upfront and the other half upon my friends release. I don't stutter and I don't speak with any foreign accent. A verbal agreement was made which would explain why he emailed me the necessary paperwork otherwise there would be no damn reason to spend 2 hours putting together a 15 page document with personal and confidential information on mulitple people!!!! That makes sense right???? OK well he changed his story the next morning and then LIED to me and said he was waiting for the other cosigner to gather the rest of the 3% amount which was a LIE. He repeatedly told the other co-signer he was waiting for her documents to be faxed over after she told him they had been emailed twice as were my documents that he recieved without a problem. All the time, aggravation and lies, being jerked around and mislead and played around with could have been avoided!!!!! I would definitely not ever use these people again and would never recommend them to anyone!!! more

Contractor trying to bail out my sister 6/13/2010

I was working on this building project out in santa monica last week when I got a phone call from my sister out in beverly hills telling me that she's in jail and needs my help. I quickly took out my iPhone and looked up a local bail company in beverly hills. The local bail agent helped me and took my application over the phone. I paid with my credit card and never had to leave work to help my sister. The process took no more then 20 minutes. This company is just easy to deal with and knows what they're doing. Pros: Great Service ... Easy going more

3% Bail Bonds was a life saver 5/13/2010

This bail bonds company is the best ... they have locations all over the city (Hollywood, Hawthorne, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica and Van Nuys ...etc) and if they're not located near you they'll meet you at your home to sign the paperwork. I had a problem coming up with the 10% cost to bail out my friend and my credit was no so good; I called and the bail bondsman on the phone told me that all I would need is 3% of the bail amount and they'll setup payments for the rest NO COLLATERAL. They did exactly what they advertised and I got my friend out. Pros: They gave me payments with out running my credit Cons: N/A more

3% down with 12 month payments 12/5/2009

One day your girlfriend may be arrested for shoplifting. One day your boyfriend may get arrested for kicking that guy's ass in the parking lot. Or you'll be arrested for a DUI after that raging party.\r \r The criminal justice process is expensive and miserable, and if you're on the wrong end of a judge or jury's decision, has big downside liberty-wise. Yes, you will need an attorney, and a good one will cost. You will first want to get girlfriend, boyfriend or own self out of jail pre-court in order to effectively negotiate through that misery.\r \r Andrew Sterling Bail Bonds is owned and operated by Andrew Sterling. Not what you'd expect in a bail bondsman...he is musician and rare book collector, and most likely cooler than you. He also has 30 years' experience of negotiating through the criminal justice system. His day agent, Al, fits the stereotype with the face of world-weariness from hearing the stories of the sad and the luckless, but is as effective in negotiating release from lock-up.\r \r I have referred several people to this agency. All have been happy with services and terms.\r \r Pros: Great deal easy to work with Cons: N/A more
