About 5 years ago Anderson Capital Mortgage made my family's dream come true. They were able to get us the financing we needed to build our first home. They were professional and personable on all levels. Teresa even gave us a house warming gift. Now 5 or so years later after losing that house to a house fire, Anderson Capital Mortgage has once again proven themselves trustworthy and dependable. This time they provided us with a refinance loan. They were just as efficient this time as the last. So way back in October I decided to look at buying a house. With my credit not being stellar, by any strech of the imagination, I called Denver at ACM. After checking my credit, he told me what I really allready knew...my score was too low. At that point he could've just said: ""sorry 'bout your luck."", and hung up the phone.
