I decided to buy the house I was renting from an out-of-state owner. The owners and I worked out a deal without a agent. Therese Anderson helped with every problem I ran in to. No credit history, uncooperative sellers, bureaucratic mortage company, repairs needed to the home, and a last-second termite find. All solved with great competence and patience. She even solved the bureaucratic mortage company problem by getting me a lower interest loan with a different lender.
