We had a wonderful experience with Theresa at Anderson Capital. With years of experience she was able to be realistic with us about what rate we could get for our loan and was able to get us the best rate available. She always returned our calls or e-mails promptly and many times answered the phone - which is rare in the mortgage industry. We have referred her to several of our friends because of her great customer service. She made the process so very quick and easy for us. If we ever need a loan or refinance again she will be our first call!!!
