I recently had a terrible experience at this bridal shop. They measured me for a dress--dress came in--wrong size--way way too small in hips and thighs--couldn't sit down in it--they blamed it on me (blame game) that I should have ordered the next size up (I thought that's why they measure us???), then they said it was because I gained .5 inch in my bust and that's why it was too small in the hips (blame game). Even lost 10 pounds, went in for a fitting, they said it would be no problem to fix--look at all the material to work with they said. Said I didn't have to come back for another fitting (Ana herself). Decided to to be on the safe side. Picked up dress (oh, they would only let me pick it up if I paid for the alterations in cash). Tried dress on--still too tight--couldn't sit down. What if I waited until day before wedding to find this out? Terrible terrible terrible customer service--they don't return phone calls or emails when there is an issue. You have to make an appointment for anything you need to do as stated in previous review. After they altered it and it still didn't fit, called salon to ask for help--left message--never received a call back. This salon shouldn't be in business and hopefully they will go out of business with this poor treatment of their customers. The girls who answer the phone during working hours are snobbish and not helpful or accommodating at all to out-of-state customers. This was a total nightmare to have to go through so close to a loved one's wedding. I will be taking action against this salon to hold them accountable for their recklessness and mistreatment of their customers...\r
