As a bride there is alot to worry about. We rely on the help of others to make our day perfect. At ana's at first everything thing was nice- they did anything to get us to buy our gowns there. I bought an 1000 gown and i brought in 6 bridesmaids as well. We are all our mid 20 to late 20's. I picked bridemaid dress's and was very excited. Thats when everything changed. They argued with almost every girl to order a bigger size almost 2-4 sizes too big and insisted all alterations are free. The dress comes in naturally too big and they charge us for alterations! when its clearly written on the reciept FREE alterations! My gown comes in and they didnt help me get it on or lace it up. I had to ask for help- she then tells me i put on weight (which i didn't gain 1 pd!). She then left me there in tears and went to help another customer! RUDE RUDE RUDE! I decided to take my dress to another taylor because i felt anas clearly lost my trust. When I told them they stuffed my dress in a garbage bag. All of my bridemaids have been treated horribly! I am embarrassed that I chose to go to Anas. It has been an absolute nightmare! They dont anwser their phones- i've left countless messages with no reply Ana is nice but its the daughters that are bringing down the busness- you feel like your bothering them . I cannot stress enough to not go there. It is not worth the trouble! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
