THE BEST ! They saved my wedding ring ! I accidentally left my wedding ring in jewelry cleaner over night. Who knew that could cause platinum to turn basically a bronze-brown color ! Perhaps it was the dirt from previously cleaned item sticking to the metal. I was beside myself. I took it into Anaheim Hills Jewelry and Coin and the polished it up and it ended up looking better than brand new ! Now I want to take every piece I own in for their beautiful work !!! more

I am now a firm believer that the ""smaller"" laces can be better than the corporate stores. I shopped all of the ""mall"" stores including Kay, Alexanders, Helzberg, Zales, Kevin and Daniels. \r Maria and David give THE BEST customer service, taking the time to truly find your style. They have beautiful settings and I know David will help you custom design your own signature piece. I do not recommend lightly and in this case I HIGHLY recommend David and Maria. My new ring is absolutely gorgeous (a replacement after 30 years of marriage, and they cleaned my old one, it now looks new!), they look small but are truly big in value and customer service! I will be seeing them again! more

If you’re in need of a jeweler, you need to visit the unassuming Anaheim Hills Jewelry and Coin Mart shop located in the Crossroads Shopping Center of Anaheim Hills. There you will find a wonderful collection of fine jewelry. The proprietor, David Rime, is not only a jeweler but also an artisan who creates unique original and custom designs. He can also repair badly damaged pieces. I discovered this after hospital personnel had to cut my wedding ring to remove it from my finger. The ring was a concentric gold and platinum band, with an engraved design around the outer surface. Because they had difficulty cutting it off, the ring was badly mangled. But we saved the pieces, and after some time, brought them to David’s shop asking if he could somehow recreate my wedding ring from the original pieces that were left. Because of the damage, David wasn’t sure. But using my husband’s matching ring as a guide, he went to work. And, after several days, David presented me with my 54 year old wedding ring, beautifully crafted and restored. We have since been to David’s shop several times for minor things, and now consider him a good friend. We are always treated as though we are his best customers even though we’re not! If you choose to visit his shop, you won’t be disappointed. David Rime is an honest, friendly, and trustworthy craftsman. This store is wonderful. David is completely customer service oriented. He made my grandma ring some years ago. I take it in periodically for checkup. Most recently David took my jewlry, even those he did not make or sell to me, and cleaned and polished them so beautifully. He services them at no charge. more

I went into 'Cash for Gold' and got a pathetic quote. AHJC... gave me 2 and 1/2 times as much. It's also true what they say about 'Dave'. He's a nice guy. Always makes you feel glad you came. Cool place here. I don't plan to go anywhere else. more

We've been coming to this jewelry shop for nearly 2 years now, & have NEVER been disappointed! From the moment we stepped in to this lovely & most inviting shop, the owner, David Rime was there to warmly greet us. I'd brought in a semi-mount & a large morganite gemstone, which had become quite a problem at two other jewelry stores, I was refused service, just to have my gem mounted! "Too complicated, might crack your stone, gem too large for mounting." Well, David assured me there would be no problems, could I come back in a few days to pick it up? Great Place. I would highly recommend this store for custom or any jewlery purchases. David has done custom jewlery as well as resetting diamonds in rings. He is always willing to go the extra to make sure that everything is right. I have total trust in him. David even recast my wedding ring after it had just worn out. It was perfect an looked just like my original. The ring was a custom made original intricate swirl design. I came to this place after my wife and I found a diamond wedding ring. After a year without finding the owner the ring became ours. Dave helped us identify it was a real diamond, clean it for us, and steer us in the right direction to sell the ring, without even insinuating that we sell it through him. He even offered his services with appraising with any potential buyers, free of charge. This guy really treats his customers like friends. I highly recommend him. I went to look up the hours of my favorite jeweler and came across City Search and these reviews. I was shocked to see any negative reviews about Anaheim Hills Jewelry and Coin. I agree with the reviewer who said the negative response must have come from the competition. I am also not someone who typically stops to write a review, but in this case I felt I had to put my two cents in. I have been going to this establishment for over ten years for purchases, maintenance, and service. I have even sold a watch or two. In all this time, I have been given only the best in customer service with regard to patience, time, value and advice. David is especially kind and honest. He greets everyone with a smile and by name and puts one at ease immediately whether novice or expert. He has shown sincere dedication to his craft and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely happy. Being a customer of Anaheim Jewelery and Coin and Irvine Gold Mine for years without absolutely nothing but great things, I can say with a degree of certaintly that lori is just a competitor of theirs. i don't know much about jewelry so i was hesitant to go buy a ring for my wife alone. anyway, i went to their store first and was delighted to say the least. THe manager understood my position and helped me to the very best of his abilities which was very impressive. somebody else appraised the ring and 30% higher than what i paid! overall a fantastic business with great service more

This store has been in the same location for 30 years and buys gold, silver, and diamonds. They'll pay cash and buy most items at a fair price. If you're planning an estate sale and have valuables to dispose of, save your time and energy and look into this store. It's recommended that you call ahead for an appointment. more

I am a jewelry novice. Meaning you could tell me anything and I'd believe you with regard to jewelry. The general manager at the store, David Rime, is just a great person for someone like me who does not know very much about jewlery. He asked what I was looking to spend and then patiently showed me items within my price range. He didn't try to over sell me and I ended up with a nice present for my wife that she absolutely loved. While we were out shopping we had the item appraised by someone other than Anaheim Hills Jewelry, as I said I'm a novice, and it was appraised for much more than I paid for it at Anaheim Hills Jewelry.I would recommend David Rime and Anaheim Hills Jewelry to any of my friends with absolute confidence.
