I can say nothing but good things about Anaheim Hills Jewelry and Coin Mart. Each time I go into the jewelry mart I receive smiles and wonderful greatings. I always receive great service and alot of little extra's that I have never received anywhere else. When I go in for service on a watch or a piece a jewelry David will always clean my ring at no extra charge while I wait. The little extra's like this is why I will always return here for service. The last jewler I had used for many years (in Tustin) I left because he had never done anything like this, even after years of service. Apparently the review from below could not have been from this shop, The two owners would never yell at anyone no matter what the problem was, and would do anything to correct the problem. I am blown away with the 2 comments below mine about anaheim hills jewlery and coin mart. I have been a customer for years and ive never once had a single problem. I could never imagine stuart, the owner, yelling at anyone, and David is the sweetest most caring person i know. They are very fair and have always done their very best to make sure i was pleased. David even designed a ring for my best friend and she couldnt be happier. There are some people in this world that just like to cause trouble and arent ever pleased , I truly believe they are wrong, and u should use Anaheim Hills Jewlery and coin mart for all your jewley needs , trust me , youll be very pleased. I had a lovely experience today with David and Alex at this lovely jewelry store in Anaheim Hills. First I just brought in some old broken gold chains and jewelry that I no longer wore. They were absolutely so friendly and helpful. more

Not sure if the 1 Star Raters have a vendetta or what but I found the service at this location very pleasant. I've gone in to have my watch repaired and had no issues and I found them very helpful in helping me replace a chain on a family heirloom. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone. more

I don't know how he stays in business. He is rude and condesending. He was more interested in talking about how heavy his ring was than anything I had to say. Guess he doesn't need any business. I had some gold to sell because the price of gold was so high. He weighed it and gave me a really low ball figure. I went somewhere else, was treated with respect and sold my items for 3 times the price he gave me. Seriously, how ridiculous to put up with someone like this. I'd never go back. more

I don't usually write reviews on these kinds of websites but I was so totally blown away by the review below that I felt it necessary to defend the company. I've never been treated poorly at this establishment... rather, the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm their customer for life. The owner, Stuart, is very calm and mild mannered. I can't even imagine him yelling at all, much less at a customer! His partner, David Rime, is the person who helps most of the customers and is extremely fair, generous and kind. He designed my wedding ring 27 years, my daughters ring about 3 years ago and all of my family are loyal customers. He's very involved at his church and overall is just an upstanding guy. I've actually run into David and Stuart at numerous charity events... Pros: great customer service, kind staff and amazing jewelry selection! more
