I did much research prior to finding Amy. She was not the closest to my home. But I thought the credentials she carried would make her the best. For my money I think I was correct. Eyeliner, Eyebrows and Lips + laser. I love it all. Even sent my daughter there. She's extremely happy as well! We wouldn't go anywhere else. People admire my permanent makeup daily. Once I tell them thats what it is. No one can tell- they wonder why I wake up like this or how I get my makeup on so fast! more

I have been a client of Amy's for the last 6 years for permanent makeup. She does a great job and I have referred others to her. One of my friends said "this is the best thing I have ever done." She and her staff are friendly and knowledgable. The salon is clean, and inviting. Nice decor, and atmosphere. Amy adds her artistic touches thru out. Love the location! Right on 7th. I've been a client of Amy's for a couple of years now, getting laser treatments for hair removal. I now have NO underarm hair! She is currently working on my pre-menopausal chin hairs :^).. Cosmetic & Laser Care and had nothing short of an AMAZING experience! It was my first time having any laser work done and when I discovered that they had the award winning hair removal machine in the nation (The Apogee Elite), I was eagar to make an appointment. Upon my arrival I was greated with a smile and although I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure, the technitians sat with me and had a thourough consultation answering any and every question I had. The gals made me feel relaxed and at home, yet VERY professional at the same time. I highly recommend Amy Z. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Amy Z Cosmetic and Laser Care when I purchased two groupon deals for facial laser therapy for my sun spots. It's very unfortunate because I grew up in the same town and was excited to be able to promote a small local business with great word of mouth to all of my 30 something friends who are starting to get into this laser care. First, I was astounded at the unprofessional non-chalant manner of how I was treated because of the fact that my services were purchased through "Groupon". I was made to feel as though my money wasn't worth their time, effort or energies to do what I was requesting. Second, I was never told or explained to what laser procedure they were doing to try to help remove my sun spots. It took about 20 seconds and they couldn't even guarantee their services ... they just simply stated "Well, this may not work, but we'll give it a shot". After my second go around, and still no visible result what-so-ever, and the same unprofessional attitudes, I vowed to tell all of my friends and family not to use their services and the groupon deals or any money spent there is just not worth it! more

Amy created my permanent lips about 5 years ago and my eyebrows after that. I've been very pleased with the results. I like just having to put lip gloss on. It looks so natural, I even fooled my dentist. He made a comment about wiping off my lipstick while I was in the dentist chair - he was surprised when I told him the color was permanent. Amy is very knowledgeable and professional, but also very engaging. I highly recommend her. more

The minute I sat down with her I knew she was a huge step above the other two--and the results I have had with her confirm that initial impression. Over a couple of years she has done eyebrows, upper and lower eyeliner and lips for me, and I couldn't be happier with her work. The combination of registered nurse and portrait artist seems perfect for her kind of work. She is not only expert, she listens, discusses options and tells you if something won't work, and why. She adheres to a high level of integrity and oprates her business with professionalism and joy.
