I had an extremely disappointing experience with Amy Z Cosmetic and Laser Care when I purchased two groupon deals for facial laser therapy for my sun spots. It's very unfortunate because I grew up in the same town and was excited to be able to promote a small local business with great word of mouth to all of my 30 something friends who are starting to get into this laser care. First, I was astounded at the unprofessional non-chalant manner of how I was treated because of the fact that my services were purchased through "Groupon". I was made to feel as though my money wasn't worth their time, effort or energies to do what I was requesting. Second, I was never told or explained to what laser procedure they were doing to try to help remove my sun spots. It took about 20 seconds and they couldn't even guarantee their services ... they just simply stated "Well, this may not work, but we'll give it a shot". After my second go around, and still no visible result what-so-ever, and the same unprofessional attitudes, I vowed to tell all of my friends and family not to use their services and the groupon deals or any money spent there is just not worth it!
