Shelly Davis @ Residential Finance Corp 12/6/2011

On October 6th our offer on our new home was accepted. On Monday November 7th we closed on our home. Shelly Davis was the reason that we were able to turn this around so quickly. Shelly was wonderful to work with. She listed out exactly what information we needed to send in and asked concise follow up questions. We closed quickly due to her ability to obtain the necessary information from us up front. She was quick to answer our questions and friendly through out the process. I am recommending Shelly Davis and Residential Finance Corporation to all of my friends and family!!! Shelly did such a great job that at closing the title company representative made a remark about her wonderful experience with Shelly as well. THANKS SO MUCH SHELLY!!!!!! more

I have had the best experience with my loan buying. Charles Valentine has always been there for me when i had a question or just needed help making a decision in my home buying. Charles was always prompt when answering the phone or sending my emails back. He always got me the information I needed right away. I have had a great experinence with this company and i would recomond them to anyone and i have alot of respect for him and his company. so if you need a good guy for the job pick charles he was great!!! more

My husband and I chose Charles at RFC to handle our first home purchase. Charles answered all the questions that we had and helped us choose the loan that was right for us, taking into consideration our current circumstances and our plans for the future. Even though we lived out of state during the process, Charles managed our case efficiently and always let us know what the next step required. We did run into a hiccup due to a communication failure between him and the realtors, but Charles worked through the night to get it straightened out so that we could close on time. more

Charles is helpful, genuinely concerned, patient and professionally very savvy. From our first phone call to the last written check--we handled everything over the phone and on line (this is especially helpful if you have a busy business and personal life). Throughout the process we always felt Charles was there for us to explain any (and all) of our questions. We were confident that he would steer us in the right direction and always considered alternatives and options. Charles works incredibly long hours and is always available to see the re-fi process through to your satisfaction! Fantastic Refinance! 6/20/2011

I recently closed my mortgage refinance with Damon Pinion and could not have felt more supported through the process. Our loan was one that Residential Finance agreed to support as another company went out of business. From the moment I met Mr. Pinion I felt comfortable and confident in the process of refinancing with your company. Mr. Pinion went out of his way to make sure that all my questions were answered. He encouraged me to contact him (even while on his vacation) if I had additional questions or concerns. My loan process hit snags ? they all do, and Damon was there to walk me through each one. He knows this business and he is genuinely interested in his clients. The company profile is solid enough to gain peoples interest but loan officers like Damon and the outstanding level of customer service they provide are what will keep us all coming back. more

My experience with Brian Wilson at Residential Finance could not have been better. I contacted Brian in November of 2010. I was going through a divorce and I needed to refinance my mortgage in order to be able to stay in our home. BRIAN kept in touch with me from day one. He treated me like a friend and stayed in contact with me while I went through the divorce process. His Customer Service is outstanding! He kept me informed of each step along the way and was ALWAYS available to take my call or answer my emails. I was able to eliminate some of my debt and stay in the home that my son and I love! I would definitely send my friends and family members to Brian in the future. If I ever need financing in the future, I would not hesitate to call BRIAN. more

Trustworthy 1/27/2011

I contacted RRC after receiving a letter in the mail. I am usually skeptical of such random offers, but I gave RFC a chance. I ended up working with Keith. He was very prompt with his responses and put together a great deal for me with an amazing rate. Unfortunately, I currently have an amazing mortgage and even with the amazing rate, the deal would not have saved me money for 12 years. more

The morgage officer that makes it happen 1/25/2011

I had tried to refinance my home for a year and tried 4 different companies and each and every one of them promised me the world and said it would be no problem and after I would pay a $400 appraisal fee they would decline the whole application. I needed to do this loan to help me consolidate and get out of debt. I was not so sure I should even give yet another company a chance but then I began to work with Jason Ciprio who was the most amazing loan officer and his first words were ""I am not a quitter"" and after a few months of his fighting for my case and the back and forth arguing he had the loan processed and approved. I am so thankful for him and his hard work and he fought for me when no one else would and I appreciate him so much. Because of that I am now able to live life and not worry so much about being so tight with money. I have already recommended Jason Ciprio to my friends who are looking into refinancing and I recommend anyone who needs help to find him and use his services because he truly cares. Thomas Jimenez, The best mortgage loan officer 1/13/2011

Recently we refinanced our home mortgage loan thru Residential Finance Corporation and our loan officer was Mr. Thomas Jimenez. Since 1991, we have dealt with our share of mortgage loan officers and none of them can hold a candle to Mr. Jimenez. He is professioal, very quick, provides clear answers without any BS, returns phone calls and emails immediately, and a very friendly person. My wife and I worked with him after we had a forgetable experience with another mortgage lender. Mr. Jimenez did a super job and helped to complete the whole refinancing process without any problem. We will recommend Mr. Thomas Jimenez to any one without any reservation. Quite frankly, I will ask any one in the market for a mortgage loan to pick up the phone and call Thomas ditectly. If you do reach any one else RFC, your smart move will be to ask for Thomas. God bless him. more

CHARLES VALENTIN...AWESOME!!! 12/16/2010

From the beginning of my debt consolidation Charles Valentin has always been very personable and professional! Each of the MILLIONS of times that I've emailed and called him with questions, I've received answers within MINUTES!!! (... even the stupid ""dumb blonde"" questions that I've asked since this was my first refinancing experience on my own)!!! Of course he was extremely knowledgable about my refinancing and offered suggestions about how I could save the most money in interest with bi-weekly payments, etc. I would recommend Charles Valentin heartily and without hesitation to anyone who needs refinancing services! more

Lee Pearson - Residential Finance - Outstanding Work! 12/15/2010

Just recently my wife and I refinanced our house through Lee Pearson, Sr. Loan Officer at RFC, and we have nothing but outstanding things to say about Lee! Lee was extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage industry and 100% upfront and honest in regards to fees, points, rate...etc. Lee was always available to answer our questions and I can honestly say I have never seen a better work ethic. Lee walked us through the entire process and diligently worked to get our loan approved. I would recommend Lee to anyone! more

Prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable are just a few of the words that describe the level of service that we received. Working with Leo Fernandez, a Senior Loan Officer for the company, was an absolute pleasure. We will forever go back to Leo and Residential Financial Crop to obtain or refinance a loan. more
