Review content:
My husband and I chose Charles at RFC to handle our first home purchase. Charles answered all the questions that we had and helped us choose the loan that was right for us, taking into consideration our current circumstances and our plans for the future. Even though we lived out of state during the process, Charles managed our case efficiently and always let us know what the next step required. We did run into a hiccup due to a communication failure between him and the realtors, but Charles worked through the night to get it straightened out so that we could close on time.
