I am an office assistant. I regret if you felt that your loan was processed too slowly.
Your escrow closed on April 12, 2010. A one week delay is not unusual because of new disclosure regulation and appraisal review.
Your interest rate was the same which was 4.875%. You DID NOT pay for your half point because we used our commission to buy down.
