I hired this moving company to wrap and move each of my items. They were there for me each step of the way. The movers were professional, and they handled my furniture with care. I was a little leery about letting people handle my fragile things, but they knew how to disassemble and wrap anything I asked for. I'm so thankful because there is no way that I could have done this myself! These people really know what it means to handle with care. more

I am so pleased with the service i received Amerisouth Moving. They gave me the best prices for my move from Queens to Northern New Jersey. They are friendly and do everything to accommodate your needs for your move. They arrived on time the day of my move, and everything was moved in at the final destination fast and efficiently. This was a great company to work with as they really care about your move and your belongings. I would strongly reccommend them to anyone looking for a moving company they were wonderful! more

I got a great quote from this moving company but that is just about where the good experience ended. First, the movers were 3 hours late. And my husband and I were given the run around when we called to inquire. We were told multiple reasons why they weren't at our apartment yet. Second, we were blatantly under quoted on how much cubic footage our possessions would take up. I went over the major items with the saleswoman, but she blatantly under estimated the amount of space our things would take up, and it was never explained to me that if our inventory did not match what was discussed EXACTLY, we would be charged by the cubic foot and the quote would be meaningless. Some might say that we should have measured everything in our apartment more carefully, but they ended up charging us more than DOUBLE the original quote. Any sane person would call that a scam, not a business model. Third, when we were making the arrangements for delivery we were told that they couldn't guarantee a time. We explained to them that our apartment building scheduled move in times and they needed to be there. It's what we were paying for. Fourth, we have to ask for our bed to be reassembled and the movers on the delivery end seemed surprised by the request. It also took them about an hour to put a simple frame together and the hardwood floor was scratched up in the process. Fifth, we had some damage. One item was damaged in the move, one item was damaged due to how it was packed by the movers, and four items were missing out of a bin. We have filed claims but have been getting the run around. My recommendation is to just go with another company unless you are prepared to measure everything very carefully, document every last thing you put in a box and take pictures. The quote is cheap but our experience has been terrible. Thanks for reading. I hope you take my advice. more

I used Amerisouth relocation as my moving company and had a great experience with them. This is my third time using a moving company over the years, and twice I got ripped off. This company was fair. They offered an unbelievable price. The price did go up a little bit because the extra items we needed to put on the truck. But it was still a fair price. The gentleman that moved my stuff were fast and efficient. They took great care of my items. I would deffinitely reccomend this company to other people looking to mov3 more

We just moved from N California to the east coast and used AmeriSouth Relocation movers. Like most people before such a long journey, we did some research before we finally chose them. It has a good reputation, offers professional custom service and their quotes to us were very detailed and reasonable. Best yet, they also provides up to 30 days of free storage which gives us more options. Their moving stuff at pickup and delivery were super efficient and handling was careful too. All boxes and furniture arrived in perfect condition. Each box was marked clearly at the departure and checked off at delivery so nothing would be missed. We also loved their daily update emails that told us where our items were that undoubtedly gave us the peace of mind we desperately need during the hectic coastal moving. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service! more

Last week I used AmeriSouth Moving for the first time. It was my second time ever moving so I didn't have any idea how to prepare. I called in and got a quote and cheaper than any other company. They was very nice and helpful. They were attentive to what I needed, so they could offer me the knowledge that I didn't have. I also received advice on how to save money on packing and how to expedite the move as quickly as possible. The movers showed up on time, just like I had been told. I was pleased with how well the received tips worked. The move went flawlessly. The movers were experience and polite. It went really quick and my house looked put together when they left. I felt like I could settle in the same night. I would even recommend these guys to my mother with confidence they would treat her the same way they treated me. I would like to command this business for it's fair and straight forward practice! I was absolutely delighted with the performance of the AmeriSouth Moving Company and would highly recommend this company. The last time I moved, it took 7 hours for the movers to load and almost 4 hours to unload my 2bedroom apartment. When i hired AMERISOUTH MOVING last month, the whole move was done in 5 hours (we moved exactly the same amount of furniture). This time the movers did fantastic job, were very efficient and helpful.Amazing!!! IF I have to move again this is teh only company i would work with more
