We have a 33 year old 2 story home and discovered a hot water slab leak. I had visions of torn up wood and brick floors. Terry smith investigated the problem, developed a repair plan and completed the project successfully with minimal ceiling intrusion and no floor work at all. His workers were diligent, respectful and mindful of my desire to spare my sewing room ceiling! A job very well done! we also had Terry replace our 2 water heaters while he was here. all plumbing problems solved ---- I highly recommend American Plumbing and will call them with any future plumbing issues. When I called them the other day I had a great first impression. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, that extended to the plumber as well. I've used the services of American Plumbing Company for an emergency water heater installation. They are, by far, the BEST plumbing service in the area! They were extremely courteous, the quality of workmanship was superb, the prices are fair and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the end results. I can't say enough good things about this company and the workers that did the job. more

A bad smell in the lower level of my new home prompted me to call these guys in the wee hours of a Sunday morning. By 3:30am the backup of raw sewage that was coming up into my basement was gone...and the disaster was averted! The tech who did the work was nice, sharp and handled the situation very professionally. Our bathtub was backing up we flushed our toilet (so gross) and we needed a plumber. I was lucky to find these guys. They do great work, they are honest, and they are very price competitive. They did a great job for us. I highly recommend Complete Plumbing Solutions for the following reasons:\r They were responsive and came at an exact hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us their fee for doing the work. He broke down the cost for every imaginable plumbing item that he could encounter. I hate when I feel a plumber is pulling a number out of the air based on how much we can afford. The price for our work was a good price.\r Even though the job took much longer than he anticipated because of the mistakes of a past plumber he was still professional and fixed all of the previous errors. He thoroughly explained the problem to my wife and said that he would follow in a few days to see how the issue was resolved. Great experience.\r more

APC has always shown up on time, done the job right the first time (barring any unexpected circumstances) and are always professional. I initially chose them because they met my insurance requirements, but I keep them for their superior service. more
