Thanks American Plumbing! 2/15/2011

I arrived home on a Tuesday evening and found water flowing down my driveway. I contacted American Plumbing Tuesday through their website. Terry Smith with American Plumbing contacted me promptly Wednesday morning and told me he would meet me at my home Wednesday after lunch. I met Terry after lunch on Wednesday as promised. As I suspected, my main water supply line was busted and needed to be replaced. He checked out my situation and assured me they could get started immediately and have my water line replaced by the end of the following day. Time was of the essence since, I sent my wife and kids out of town until I could turn my water back on. I was surprised that he could have my water line replaced by the end of the next day because, I knew they were going to have to tunnel under my driveway. Well, as promised my water line was replaced, my concrete was patched and the area was cleaner than when they started. We could not have asked for better service. Thanks American Plumbing! more

Thanks American Plumbing! 1/20/2011

Thanks American Plumbing for everything! We had water all over our living room. Our wooden floors were buckling. American Plumbing came out and tested our system. They found a water line under our slab was busted. We had 2 water lines busted in our slab previously and American Plumbing pointed out where the previous plumbing company had reduced our water pressure by sleeving smaller water lines through the larger lines that were busted in our slab. They pointed out to us that the line in our slab that was leaking was a 3/4" water line and they showed us that they were replacing the line with another 3/4" water line. Afterward, Terry came back the following day to retest the system for additional leaks. American Plumbing went above and beyond to take care of us and we appreciated it. Love This Company! 12/12/2010

American Plumbing has been there for us time and time again. They are not the cheapest and don't claim to be but, in our opinion they are the best. We have used them for everything from repairing our toilets to replacing a drain line that was busted in our slab. We had so many plumbing companies send people out that we were not comfortable with but, the American Plumbing plumbers are always neat, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks American Plumbing! Your are the greatest! more
