Worst

Not sure how they clean but the pricing was about twice that of the competition, with or without a coupon. I went with someone else.

A Fabulous Gift for Us! 5/4/2016

Today I went to work for 6 hours. Came home, did a little weeding in the garden, went downstairs and watched a few episodes of my current Netflix series, even napped a bit. All while Edith and Victoria were making the upstairs look and smell absolutely wonderful. I "caught" one of them washing a door! Who does that? These folks do!! We kept a clean house, but not like this, in that amount of time! Now we can enjoy our $@!#% and span clean home without the backache! Thanks so much, girls! Much Appreciated! more

Fantastic Job 4/22/2016

Followed up with my request quickly. A great team showed up and spent about 3 hrs on the house. They were friendly and was sure to ask several times whether or not I was happy with everything. Because of the reliability, qualify of the employees and the thorough job that made sure I was satisfied I so no reason not to continue using them as my go to maid service! more

We've tried a few housekeeping companies around the valley and these guys are the best! Marcie gave us the bid and went over everything they did, answered our questions and was great. The staff that cleaned our house did an amazing job! Everything Marcie said they would clean was cleaned very well! I definitely will recommend them. more

Excellent Work 4/5/2016

I have used American Housekeeping off/on for years now. I love them! Coming home puts a smile on my face. I love all the little touches, yes I like my toilet paper folded, my tissues fanned, my house smelling lovely, sheets changed, etc. It feels like walking into a homey hotel. Who doesn't love staying in hotel? You will NOT be disappointed. It's worth the few extra dollars trust me. more

Wonderful! 4/2/2016

The staff was polite and friendly. They had gotten everything clean that i had desperately needed and wanted clean. I couldnt reach my ceiling fan to dust, they cleaned it for me. I had terrible looking hard water stains in my toilet that looked black like mold. They were able to scrub it so it looked white and sparkling again. They helped me organize a few items around my house. They took out my trash and even scrubbed down my trash cans. By the end of the first clean my house sparkled like it was a brand new home. I could breathe and feel relaxed and comfortable. I could let my little girl play on the floor and not worry about how dirty the carpet was. Im not a good cleaner. I work full time and im a mom by the end of the day i have no energy to deep clean. All american house keepers of utah gave me a sound peace of mind and a beautiful home. I totally recommend the investment. I am greatful and im looking forward to next months clean. Thank you all american house keepers more

The best we've experienced 3/24/2016

We've had our home cleaned by other agencies, but this is the best ever. They are SO very thorough, doing things the others never even think of doing - such as the fronts of cabinets, the ceiling fans, and even the screen door window or the window panes in my music room doors. I was so impressed with the "hands and knees" mopping. My floor has never been so clean. I could - literally - eat off it. I love that "just cleaned" look, but as life happens and it won't last, I'm looking forward to their next visit! Well done! more

Very satisfied overall. 3/23/2016

This is the first time I have used American Housekeeping to clean my home. I was very satisfied with the job they did. They were punctual, efficient and very friendly. I am looking forward to having them clean on a regular basis. They are licensed and bonded and that gives me a sense of peace about who is working in my home. more

Excellent housecleaning service! You can tell they take pride in their work 3/18/2016

We had an in-home estimate from American Housekeeping the week before so we got an accurate estimate for the work that would be performed. Marcie was very thorough in going over the details of their services. Our home had a lot of dust/mud from some recent construction workmen so we were hoping they would be up for the task. On the day of cleaning the two ladies showed up, were very pleasant and well equipped for the cleaning. They immediately started dusting for cobwebs. When we returned home after the cleaning, the place was immaculate! The floors , appliances, mirrors etc were spotless and there were even nice finishing touches that indicated that there was no stone left unturned. We looked for a fault and the only thing was a slightly crooked picture on the wall, but that really just showed us that they were very meticulous and had taken the time to dust that picture! We will definitely be using this service again and again! more

Second cleaning was disappointing at best 3/16/2016

The first time I had American Housekeeping clean my house I was thrilled with the results and wrote a rave review for them. Everything was spotless and I could not have been happier with the service. However, I just had my second cleaning and am beyond disappointed. My floors were not mopped, bath tub had not been cleaned and the kitchen counters had not been cleaned, and finger prints on the tables. It was pretty clear they did a shoddy job throughout the entire house. I called the office to let them know I was dissatisfied with the service. They didn't seem to be too concerned with it. They offered to have the team come back that afternoon and "reclean". When I said I didn't want a team who provided such poor service back in my house, they said they could send the "quality control team leader" when they cleaned my house next month. When I said I wanted to cancel my service, they offered to give me a discount on my NEXT cleaning. There will not be a next cleaning. I'm not paying them to kind of clean my house. Save yourself some time and money and don't bother with American Housekeeping. more

Good job overall! 2/26/2016

I am pretty satisfied with the services provided by American Housekeeping! The women who cleaned were very nice and the prices are reasonable. There are a few things that were missed and/or could have been better, but I don't think anyone can clean to my standards. My only other complaint is that it seems difficult to nail down an exact time that works with our schedule - and that can be tricky with a toddler who naps. Overall I have no problem recommending American Housekeeping to other people! more

One of the best decisions I have ever made! 2/19/2016

I was a little hesitant to have my house cleaned. Something about having someone else clean my personal space made me a little nervous, but I am so glad I made the plunge! American Housekeeping did a FANTASTIC job! The girls didn't waste any time when they arrived. They started immediately and did a very thorough job. Every area of my house is spotless! There were some stubborn rust and hard water stains in one of the bathrooms that I had been unsuccessful at getting rid of...they are gone now! I am amazed. I am busy mom who works full-time and wants to spend as much quality time with my kids as I can. American Housekeeping is making that possible. I don't have to spend evenings and weekends tending to all of the little details, because I know they have it covered! more

Great housekeeping service. 2/9/2016

I contracted with American Housekeeping after a serious accident. I was referred by a friend who uses them. From day 1 I have been completely satisfied. They are professional, well trained, and I love coming home to the smell of "clean". I have recovered from my injuries, but I would not give this service up! They do it right every time. more

very pleased 1/26/2016

I thought the ladies did a very good job cleaning my home. I am very picky and have never had it professionally cleaned before because I don't think anyone can do as good of a job as I do. I would have liked the girl to use a bleach product in my shower, but I did not request that. I sprayed it down with one the morning after the clean and didn't even have to scrub anything and got the results I wanted. I don't feel I can complain about that though. Everything else looked great and I will have them return. more

Excellent Service 12/21/2015

Timely service, thorough, friendly, go the extra mile. The girls are very kind to my elderly mother who is hard of hearing. Many times they take a little extra time to straighten up the areas she cant get to. We have been very happy with American Housekeeping's white glove service. We would highly recommend them more
