The cleaning team showed up on time and ready to get to work. I'm very particular about how I like my house cleaned and they met my expectations. There were a few minor items that...

Worst

Not sure how they clean but the pricing was about twice that of the competition, with or without a coupon. I went with someone else.

Fantastic Cleaning Job 2/2/2018

We were SO pleased with the cleaning service given in making our home look and smell so much cleaner and presentable for company. The ladies on this job worked very hard. I was pleasantly surprised that my husband was so happy with American Housekeeping and how organized they were in all areas. TY for a job well done. more

Totally happy with my sparkling home 11/17/2017

I’ve used American Housekeeping off and on for several years and decided to splurge for a monthly cleaning...just because I’m worth it. After the team leaves my sparkling clean home I feel great. I know everything is “mother-in-law inspection”clean. My stove, my hardwood floors, the shower (yes, the shower!) and the and even the storm door windows are spotless, and you can sit on the couch without getting dog hair all over your black slacks, The cleaning team is quick and professional. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend them to anyone considering their service. more

I recently had my home cleaned for the first time ever. Having American Housekeeping clean our office building the past few years, I was familiar with the services they provide. I'm happy to report this initial home cleaning went extremely well & I am satisfied with the job done. Today I'll receive my 2nd home cleaning & am looking forward to another clean & shiney home. more

Marcie was great. She reviewed the process with me and discussed options every step of the way. She kept an open line of communication and showed real interest in making sure that we had no conflicting or ambiguous expectations. She was so thorough that she even pointed out several things to me and how they would be cleaned. I've been very pleased with the work that is done and I'm very happy about the price point. If you're on the fence, give them a call. I would highly recommend. more

Exceeded expectations 9/18/2017

We have hired others to clean for a number of years in the past. I went back to work full time and wanted help again. I am so happy with the service. They do what they say they will do and my baseboards have never looked so good. Love the smell of the products, their efficiency and how my house looks when they are done! more

This was my first experience in hiring a house cleaning company. I was very pleased with AHC.. The ladies that came to clean were very friendly and got right to work. I am very impressed with the follow up service. They seem very interested in keeping their clients happy. I would definitely recommend AHC. more

New Customer 7/21/2017

I had American Housekeeping clean my house for the first time this month. The two ladies were very pleasant and appeared to know their job. I am very particular with my cleaning standards and my comments probably show that. I appreciated the thorough vacuuming of carpeting. The first visit was to be a deep clean but I didn't really "feel" any difference than before they arrived. I would like to recommend the use of something other than a feather duster. It didn't really seem like the surfaces were touched. Also the throw rugs in bathrooms needed to be shaken not just brushed. The rugs in those rooms tend to gather hair and other things that require a shake. An accidental spill occurred but was handled quickly and offers for reparations. I needed to move scheduled day due to activities in home. Not very flexible on shifting weeks once original schedule set. I've not had them in the home now for three weeks due to thus issue. more
