Worst

Not sure how they clean but the pricing was about twice that of the competition, with or without a coupon. I went with someone else.

The cleaning team showed up on time and ready to get to work. I'm very particular about how I like my house cleaned and they met my expectations. There were a few minor items that weren't quite up to par, such as a second polish on the marble table, but I wouldn't expect them to know that and now that they're aware, they'll do so next time. Even my husband noticed the great work cleaning job done in the bathrooms. more

A nice clean shower 1/30/2019

I’m unable to get down on my knees to scrub my walk-in shower. American Housekeeping scrubbed the whole bathroom in 45 minutes. The shower looks new. They agreed to come out 3-4 times a year to keep it clean. more

Hands down THE best 11/7/2018

These are far the best most thorough and professional housekeepers. My house has never been so clean- they do a better job than I have done or other housekeepers have ever done on my house. I will be using American housekeepers on a weekkky basis for now on!! I am so impressed and would recommend them to everyone!!!! more

Avoid them! 10/25/2018

Here is a shout out to anyone thinking of using American Housekeeping in Davis County....DON'T!! They came into my home and not only gave a mediocre clean, but they then proceeded to steal narcotics out of my cupboard (leftover from my daughter having her wisdom teeth pulled). The police said there was nothing they could do without a confession , and American Housekeeping claimed the pills could have been taken by anyone and refused to take any action against the employee and also refused to give a refund. So if you have Michael from American Housekeeping come to clean your house BEWARE and lock up your valuables! more

Great job! 10/23/2018

The cleaners who came to my house were very nice and professional. I really enjoyed how clean the house was after they were finished. My only complaint is that they forgot to clean a few areas like our back door and backsplash in the kitchen. They also seemed a bit rushed at the end. Not sure if they finished everything or not. Other than that everything was great! more

Consistently a great service! 10/17/2018

I've been using American Housekeeping of Utah for three and a half years now and will continue to use them! They have a really consistent service with the same lead person at my house each time. Some of the helpers might change, but I really like knowing that the lead knows my house and how I like it to be cleaned. I recommend American Housekeeping of Utah to others! more

Amazing!!!! 7/2/2018

I was so happy to find American housekeeping. I work full time and so does my husband. So, we were spending our weekends cleaning the house. The only time we had together was spent doing more work. I contacted American housekeeping they called me and set up an appointment around my schedule. The lady who came out to look at house and give e estimate was very nice and friendly. She made it seem like it was no big deal and our house would be easy. They had me pick the best day for them to come out. The day they came out I was at work. I came home about 15 minutes before they finished. The ladies who did they house work asked me to look around and make sure I was happy. I was beyond happy. The house looked amazing. Better then I could have done. They were also very careful not to let my cat out which was super important. They respected our stuff and the house looked so good. I have recommended then to friends already I was so impressed. more

Worth the money 6/28/2018

We had a great experience with American housekeeping! 3 ladies came and had their work cut out for them and they did wonderful. We have dogs and they were super friendly to them. We also trust that nothing "sketchy" would happen in our home. There was a little mix up in the time they were scheduled to come, but they worked it out and came as soon as they could! We would highly recommend using this company. more

Awesome Job! 4/23/2018

The 3 girls did a wonderful job. Not only was the house very dusty and many cobwebs, we also have 2 cats. They did great with the top to bottom cleaning so all the dirt and dust did not settle on anything except the floor where it could be easily removed. The neighbor even stated that it looks like a whole new house! The cupboards were all polished and looked so shiny. I am very pleased with what a great job they did and how hard they all worked. The house smells so clean and fresh. the cleanliness can not help but lift spirits and make one feel better! Thank you more

First off let me start by saying I’ve used two other cleaning services prior to calling American Houskeeping of Utah. Both failed to meet our expectations with service and cost. American Housekeeping made it very simple. They come to your house, go over their services and what the cost would be. No surprise extra cost. Team will show up on the first day of cleaning already knowing what you’d like done. Team works efficiently and no cutting corners to save time. Upon leaving they ask for you to look over everything to make sure nothing was missed. Communication with customer service team also a plus. They work with you if you need to adjust cleaning dates/times. So far so good American Housekeeping. more

Flexible and easy to work with. 2/7/2018

I have used AH for nine years. Many other reviews vouch for their cleaning services, but I would like to comment on other considerations. I travel frequently and they have been wonderful to work with an erratic schedule. They also are very good about offering limited or expanded services with reasonable notice. Although I have occasionally had an issue (usually with a new hire,) they have been good about resolving any cleaning problem. Also, they were very prompt and reasonable about reimbursing me for repairs to a broken item. It's almost impossible to get a five-star rating from me, but I can confidently recommend their services. more
