I was so happy and pleased with the prompt customer service when I recently needed repairs on both my fridge and microwave. There were two different repairmen for each appliance, and both were very knowledgeable and fixed the problems very quickly and in a very professional manner. more

Quick response from AHS to our problem. The plumbers were courteous,knowledgeable and very efficient. They repaired the leaks and replaced the needed parts quickly. I would recommend them to anyone! Very professional! more

The contractor showed up at the end of the 4 hour window, but was knowledgeable, got right to work and confirmed the diagnosis within minutes. He quickly effected the repair, made some reasonable suggestions for maintenance considerations, took my check, cleaned up and departed. The website worked well for reporting the problem and response to my report was within an hour's time. more

My dryer wasn't working properly. I called American Home Shield and got an appointment within a few days. The contractor called while he was en route to my home to let me know he would be there in 20 minutes. When he arrived, he examined the dryer and was able to identify and remedy the problem very quickly. What I most appreciated, however, was the time he took to explain to me how the dryer worked and what he was doing to fix the problem. more

To whom it may concern...my most recent repair experience was great! I had an issue with my hot water heater & BK Plumbing were dispatched out 2 my home! They called me the next business day & scheduled my appointment for the next following morning! BK Plumbing were professional & most of all...they fixed the issue with my hot water heater! My wall oven took from mid August until early November to get settled, but it was settled satisfactorily, courteously and the repair people were clean, thoughtful and very understanding and kind in regard to my husband who suffers from dimentia (too much football) They couldn't have nicer or more helpful. The people who repaired the heating system were also very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They diagnosed the problem the first trip and fixed it the second. Both companies were above my expectations. more

It seems like there is never a time when just everything is working well. The washer was broke last week, the sink was dripping the week before, the toilet does not flush right this week. For sure something will be happening next week. If you are too busy or mechanically challenged, American Home Shield can help you out with frustrating home fixes. more

The response was fast. Teh person I spoke to tjhe details of my issue. She got the work order in quickly. The contractor responded within hours and couple hours after that the contractor had the isue resolved. NOw taht is fast and qucik service. more

we had a water heater leak. when our contractor knew what the problem, they were at our home in a hour. it was a problem that turned out not to be covered by ahs, but we always get this service from this contractor. more
