Review content:
My dryer wasn't working properly. I called American Home Shield and got an appointment within a few days. The contractor called while he was en route to my home to let me know he would be there in 20 minutes. When he arrived, he examined the dryer and was able to identify and remedy the problem very quickly. What I most appreciated, however, was the time he took to explain to me how the dryer worked and what he was doing to fix the problem.
