Why is this Scott, because I refuse to lower my expectations and behave as your subordinate? Because I refuse to sink to your level of reasoning? Because I refuse to believe in your deception and management theories? Ryan, the manager for all four stores, his favorite quote is ""You Should Be Very Nice And Maybe We Help You.? Ryan, first and foremost, ""I AM THE CUSTOMER, YOU SHOULD BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE WITH MY PURCHASE, EVEN AFTER I TAKE POSSESSION.? Secondly, ""YOU DO NOT ALLOW TYLER TO MAKE PROMISES HE CANNOT KEEP.? It is your responsibility as management to ensure that your employees adhere to the company's regulations, such as notifying the manager of arrangements, OR ELSE you provide the customer with what Tyler agreed to. Thirdly, ""IF YOU ALLOW JEFF TO STATE 'FREE DELIVERY ON ALL PURCHASES AFTER THE FIRST DELIVERY IS PAID', YOU DON'T THEN CHANGE YOUR MIND AND SAY THAT OFFER WAS ONLY GOOD FOR 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR FIRST PURCHASE.? Lastly, ""I WILL NOT BEG YOU, BOW DOWN BEFORE YOU, OR KISS YOUR A** IN ANY MATTER!"" There are too many other facilities that I can go to and make my purchase. It is people and companies like you(rs), that give all the other Vietnamese businesses a bad reputation and this is why WE Americans refuse to conduct future endeavors with Asian businesses. To the owners of AFG, I tried unsuccessfully to reach out to you, but every single one of your employees that I tried to talk to refused to inform you to contact me. I am left with no alternative but to post this review in hopes that you might see it, critique your personnel on their behavior, and hope that you will observe your managers with more scrutiny. We send our employees to training seminars on this very subject, maybe you should do the same.
