Worst

This business has the worst customer service and worse finance options. Their 36 mos. option is shananigans for people below a 710 FICA score. They do not disclose the minimum FIC...

good mattress selection 3/19/2012

I came here for a new bedroom set, and I was surprised by the lower prices of the mattresses. I thought the selection of the other furniture was great, but the prices of mattresses were what impressed me the most. more

Your staff is very personable and very knowledgeable on helping with the selection of our furniture. Tran was always making sure I knew he was there if needed. The experience was perfect for my first time of purchasing a household of brand new furniture. Thanks to you all. more

I had an awesome experience here the other day. My sales guy, Tran was very helpful and even able to reduce the sale price by $100 because there was not love seat available, only the chair itself which is what I wanted anyway! more

It was nice to be able to browse and look around at the items without a salesman. Once we were ready, the salesman, Van, was more than helpful and was not pushy and never pressured us. He also offered lots of helpful tips how to order more items and ways to save. more

I was really impressed with this store. I had a really nice girl help me through the total process as I was totally refurnishing my apartment. The sofas are awesome! Being in sales, I like it when someone knows their stuff, and she definitely knew her product. My place looks amazing thanks to her. more

I will be back 11/21/2011

I walked into this store just to have a look around. I really needed furniture but thought this would be way out of my price range so I just went in to see if I could piece a room together. I ended up really liked one of the bedroom sets. It was not too far out of my price range but the best was that I was approved for credit, and I never thought that would happen. Thanks for awesome bedroom! more

I had pretty good service when I bought a new bed set from this place. The store was packed, which is always a good sign, so it did take a while to get a sales person. Once I did get someone, he was nice and really helpful. He also gave me some great advice for delivery. more

The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because I had to come from another location to see a piece that the Sacramento store had sold out. more
