My interaction began with them in the store. The first employee, she was very pleasant and knew what she was doing. We decided to shop around, only to come back to them because their prices were better than most and had a great install cost. Our interaction with the second employee was just ad pleasant and would make me a repeat customer. The install guys were a little late, but did the job extremely well and efficient. I would definitely go back, if I ever needed to do more flooring. more

I bought wood floors through them, but they weren't just willing to help me with the wood floors, they wanted to help me with the tile that I got as well, that I didn't buy from them. They have a very holistic approach to their business. They are still storing my wood flooring that I bought 3 months ago at their location because I couldn't bring it back yet. I've had two customer service experiences with two people there that have been great. more

The people in the store were wonderful. I have used them 6 times with different installers and they've otherwise been great. I love that they company is locally owned. more

We had not bought carpet in about thirty years and I have to say that the people over at American Flooring definitely made it a very easy experience for us. These guys were very flexible with us as we wanted to do the carpeting one room at a time and they were totally fine with that, they did not pressure us to commit to the whole house at once. The sales woman, Monica, who waited on us was very helpful and made some great suggestions. She even let us take some carpet samples home so we could see how we liked them and make a confident decision. Kim, who was the guy who has done all the installations for us, has been very professional. He is always on time, and he calls ahead to let us know he is on his way which we really appreciate. He does a fantastic job and cleans up very well after himself. In fact, he actually brings his own vacuum cleaner with him so that he can vacuum after he finishes installing. American Flooring installed carpet and vinyl flooring in my home and everything turned out great. We had never worked with them but I was very happy with the end product. It took them two days to install the carpet and vinyl but it was an easy process and their sales people and installers were professional and friendly. I recommend American Flooring if you want quality flooring installed by quality people. more

They're very nice people--very friendly. They have very competitive pricing and do extremely well on any type of service. more

The customer service is great, they helped me with every area, were willing to give me suggestions and answered any questions I had. Their store has a large selection of flooring and they allowed me to take home several samples so that I could try things out. They have great follow-up and I am excited to get my flooring installed in a few weeks. Overall it has been an good experience and I would go back. more

American Flooring did my floor last summer, and they were very thorough. They called up afterward to make sure that everything was OK. I was satisfied with the floor. I bought a rental house and had other estimates, and they had a much better price. They were in and out, and they did a great job. more

I ordered tile for my bathrooms from American Flooring LLC and Doug was extremely helpful. He ordered the tiles quickly because I was in a hurry. He even drove out to the distributor to pick up the tiles for me so that I could get it installed before moving in. They installed the tiles and Doug checked up on them to make sure everything was done perfectly. They are absolutely amazing. I would say that American Flooring is a customer oriented business and Doug would do anything to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Everything was perfect. more

I am currently in the process of getting everything installed by American Flooring LLC. I've been to the store numerous times, picked out some products, and someone came over to do measurements. I've spoken directly with Doug every time I've been in. They are a locally owned business and you will deal with the owner to set things up. He is very hands on with his customers. more
