To read negative comments about Winston Vineyard and his staff is very upsetting. We have been clients of his for over 17 years now, and he has our home, auto and life insurance policies. I have had nothing but great service from them (this is hard to find in this day and age). When we first purchased our home, our mortgage company didn't pay our homeowners insurance and we were about to be canceled. I received a call from the office telling me this and that I had 3 days till cancelation. I followed up with my mortgage company and they said they'd take care of it. They didn't! So on a friday night... I received a call from the office again and they allowed me to make the payment so I was not canceled. Who does this?? Winston Vineyard and his office that's who!\r
Winston and his staff have always done right by me and my family. My children know that if ever needed they could call the office anytime and they would walk them through anything. \r
I highly recommend Winston Vineyard's office! They have great customer service and go above and beyond for their customers! \r
