Find an agency that is consistent and cares -- skip this agency 12/19/2012

This agency let me down. They put myself and my 2 small children in jeopardy by never correcting the issue internally so my bills would arrive. I never received statements, and I relied on email alerts, until the email alerts stopped and my policy termed retroactively. They didn't care. They didn't own it. Their Customer Service plummeted. I have since moved on, and please pass this agency by for your own sake. more

Great Insurance for the Family 10/12/2009

I moved all of my policies to David's group. I am impressed by his responsiveness and professionalism. The rates are competitive to other insurane companies I have used. His assistant is great and knowledgeable. They have taught me a lot about insurance. more
