This agency let me down. They put myself and my 2 small children in jeopardy by never correcting the issue internally so my bills would arrive. I never received statements, and I relied on email alerts, until the email alerts stopped and my policy termed retroactively. They didn't care. They didn't own it. Their Customer Service plummeted. I have since moved on, and please pass this agency by for your own sake.
