Had Insulation and radiant Barrier spray Installed in my home by American Eagle. As it is in the attic I can not see it but I can tell it is there. I can feel the difference in my living room, but mainly my computer room. My computer room used to be so hot during the summer (I have a few computers running at all times in there) now since the insulation was installed the room is much cooler. I just can't wait to get my electric bill to see how much I will be saving. more

A lady came to our door and gave us a flier took our information and called us. My husband told them we weren't interested never heard from them until 3 months later we received a called saying that they were interested in using our house as a before and after advertisement ad and we would receive free windows in exchange for letting them use our house and put a lawn advertisement. Came online to read reviews about the company called them back to cancel I explained to the men the reason I was calling he then pissed off said WHAT!!! NO THEY ARE NOT FREE WINDOWS. Why in the heck do they waste people's time. I'm not mad about not getting free windows I just think they have no sale skills and profesionalism. They should mention that we might get a discount if we let them use our in a ad instead of leading you own to believe your getting some free windows and then screaming at you like you heard wrong. I bet they will get more buisness if they didn't go around pissing people off and actually give them a good sales experience. more

American Eagle Builders replaced windows in my 1973 home. The installer came over and measured my windows, they were custom built to fit the window frame. I couldn't believe the difference in the noise reduction, my home backed in to a high traffic area, I went from hearing the cars go by to not hearing them at all. The windows are so easy to clean, being able to open them in from the inside is wonderful..They are also very efficient, during the winter keeping the cool air out and in the summer with the argon glass that keeps the heat out. I checked with several different window companies and went with this company. I am glad I made the decision to have windows installed by American Eagle Builders, very professionally done from start to finish.\r I recently sold that home and purchased a new home, and had the windows replaced by American Eagle Builders. I highly recommend this company! more

What a wonderful company with such polite workers and hard workers I might add...We had the back of the home siding done first and paid it off...Then had the front done 6 months later after we paid off the financing it was a wonderful job & they worked around our finances...We couldn't be happier our neighbors have said this is the nicest this house has looked since we bought it ..They brag about all the wonderful stuff we have done and mainly about the siding and how wonderful it makes the home look...That makes my husband & I very happy since we only bought the home almost 3 yrs ago...I will be rehiring American eagle to do our Windows next since the back of our home faces the west and sun is a big issue...We already can see the difference on our electric bill from last yr since they finished the front in Feb of this year 2014...Again thank you all\r at American Eagle for your help and beautiful work we highly recommend you here in Garland,Texas more

This company completely scammed my family, causing a great let down. We got a call on a Saturday, the day before Easter, saying that we had been one of four homes chosen for their advertisement campaign. They told us that if we would let them take before and after pictures of our home, and let them put a sign in our yard, that they would offset the cost of the windows. They even put some guy on the phone pretending to be the owner or manager to make it seem like we were specially chosen. We were so excited! I even made the mistake of telling our four small children, and our whole family jumped up and down with excitement. I shared the news with some family and friends, and a few of them warned us that there may be hidden costs. I called on the following Monday to verify that it wouldn't cost us anything, and I got another guy on the phone. He says"" Well, it would offset the cost of the initial consultation."" I asked "" So it's not free?"" He says "" No, but it will get you a great discount!"" HOW MISLEADING! I could tell that they had many calls about this because when I got the front desk receptionist on the phone, one of her first questions was "" Do you want to cancel?"" If you get a call from this company, run the OTHER WAY! more

AEB tried to convince my renter to buy $16000.00 in windows. Eventually came down to $13000.00- (yes that is the correct amount- no extra zeros). Better quality windows are available, INSTALLLED for $5000-8000.00. \r Biggest rip off in the state. more

WeI recently had your windows and a patio door installed on our home by American Eagle Builders. Our house was built in 1978 and had our original aluminum windows. A few of them were cracked and would not open. Our home was not efficient with energy and we were throwing away extra money that we didn't have on electric bills. It's only been a couple of weeks since the work was finished and we could not be any happier. Not only is our home more stylish but we have noticed a couple of big differences already. Our living room was constantly hot in the summer, no matter how low we turned down the air conditioning. Now since our new windows and door it's a lot cooler and the ac runs a lot less. Another big difference we have noticed is our whole house is a lot quieter. Yhe sound difference is amazing. The guys that installed the windows did an excellent job. They showed up on time and completed their work very neatly. Their professionalism was outstanding and greatly appreciated. Pat M more

Having had my windows installed by American Eagle in June, I'm pleased to report that my utility bills for this past summer were less than summer 2010. In 2010 our bills ran about $330 on average for the year. This summer4 was hotter and our highest bill July-Nov was $205. After hearing this customer's needs, I suggested they should probably go back to a company whom they had used in the past, who had given them good service and the quality they were happy with. "No" said the wife, "we will only work with a company who can give us the custom kind of windows we desire." The rating is for their last impression I received after cancellation of an order. Boyd Stewart gave us a great estimate for window replacement. But as we told him we would be getting other estimates. Well we got another that was comparable at a better price, and I'm not talking about 'big box home improvement windows'. I called to cancel and the next day he calls and immediately starts attacking my decision and becomes noticeably angry and very condescending. This attitude was not just directed to me but to the competitor I chose. More professional sales people would have handled that let- down better. This guy spent 4 hours in my home giving us his sales speech. Mind you, this was the best estimate we received until his competitor. Because of his attitude and manner I will never even consider this company again.
