Review content:
The rating is for their last impression I received after cancellation of an order. Boyd Stewart gave us a great estimate for window replacement. But as we told him we would be getting other estimates. Well we got another that was comparable at a better price, and I'm not talking about 'big box home improvement windows'. I called to cancel and the next day he calls and immediately starts attacking my decision and becomes noticeably angry and very condescending. This attitude was not just directed to me but to the competitor I chose. More professional sales people would have handled that let- down better. This guy spent 4 hours in my home giving us his sales speech. Mind you, this was the best estimate we received until his competitor. Because of his attitude and manner I will never even consider this company again.
Pros: Their product seemed like the best choice at the time
Cons: If you cancel, Boyd Stewart, will become very angry and mean
