The best service in NJ, I used to go to my country to treat my theet because I didn't trust any dentist in the US, but when since I discovered this place I Feel so safe of being treading by them! more

I have no serious complaint about the service. The doctor is not particularly personable and the Assistant was clumsy, but the procedure was painless and done in a reasonable period of time. If I was managing the office I would improve scheduling such that patients are not waiting so long. (For what it is worth, the entire medical profession has been unable to solve this in my life time.) PS. My name is spelled wrong below. Regards, Wilhelm more

Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I believe speaking from experience, no one ever really enjoys participating in dental visits, but I have to say the office, and staff, including the Dentist provide for a pleasant experience. more

Annual check up 10/18/2011

I love Dr. Paltek he makes me feel that I am important.Thank you to the staff who actually got up and make sure that i don't leave without the cleaning yesterday since my time is hectic. I don't mean to be mean to the lady in the front who asked about my address and other people can hear it. There are confidential information that I don't want for other people to hear. or share. I scheduled an appointment for Oct 11th, for an annual cleaning with my preferred hygenist. The financial administrator very agressively informed me I could not be treated unless I follow the doctors recommendation, which was to have a deep cleaning.I was checked out by a doctor prior to my meeting with her,who told me my teeth were fine, except one tooth, he recommended I have it capped. more

My teeth cleaning, checkup and x-rays 10/13/2011

Albeit that the atmosphere was pleasant with more fluid chit-chat from the employees, the sensitivity was rather low. I didn't want the roof of my mouth to be shredded up from the x-rays. Yet, I was not understood when I tried to convey this during the x-rays being taken. The cleaning was extremely painful as I felt whatever device was being used to clean my teeth, it cutting my gums. Not just a little bit but all the gums near my teeth. The checkup with the dentist was great! Easy to handle and no problems at all there. more

my last visit involved fillings.I appreciated the doctor offering and providing additional sedation when I mentioned my apprehension re the "needles".Would appreciate more attention by the staff to a patient's dental fears and anxiety.I have sometimes cancelled appointments because of my "dental anxiety"but no one has spoken to me about my fears nor taken any extra measures to ease my dental phobias. more

Friendly atmosphere....i am always nervous to go to the dentist as well as a lot of people...but i must say you guys run a tight ship...always on schedule and if not patients are told about delay...just a nice place to be for somewhere no one wants to be....kudos to American Dental & my Doc more
