I have no serious complaint about the service. The doctor is not particularly personable and the Assistant was clumsy, but the procedure was painless and done in a reasonable period of time. If I was managing the office I would improve scheduling such that patients are not waiting so long. (For what it is worth, the entire medical profession has been unable to solve this in my life time.) PS. My name is spelled wrong below. Regards, Wilhelm
