Our experience was great! The tech was so nice, even the receptionist was very thoughtful in asking if we needed water, etc. Dr. Patel was very thoughtful in explaining everything. We'll see you for our next scheduled visit. more

Additional Charges 11/11/2011

I was glad to get an appointment the same day that I called with a problem, however, I was not made aware that there was an additional $40 charge (transaction code D9930) until I was checking out thinking I was going to pay my $10 office visit co-pay. The dentist I am assigned to is only at this office on Wednesday and I would have had to wait a week to see him, therefore I took this appointment. more

My first visit to American Dental was great! everyone there was very nice & professional. Dr. Patel is very handsome. Chrissy & Dr. Patel and made me feel very comfortable & safe. It has been a long time since I visit the dentist I am so thankful I choose them. AWESOME!!!! more

Dental Care 11/2/2011

I received excellent care from Nicole and Dr. Patel.Thank you for helping me on such short notice especially as a new patient. I asked for more appointments for other work that I need done and was told by Carol that I have to wait for a cleaning a month from now and then appointments for fillings are not avail until December. I have lots of work to be done and money/insurance to spend. I wish there were openings. You really need someone a little nicer then Carol at the front desk!! more

Discomfort with the high cost of dental care 10/5/2011

The costs imposed by American Dental Care are extremely high, resulting in dental care being out of reach for many people. Even with insurance paying 30-40% of such expenses as crowns, the resulting costs appear extraordinarily and extremely high. In my mind the health system of this country is broken. What will happen when unemployment reaches 50% and inflation 50-70% as it will in the US in the next 2-5 years? I guess we will just have to have our teeth fall out as they do in developing countries! more
