I was glad to get an appointment the same day that I called with a problem, however, I was not made aware that there was an additional $40 charge (transaction code D9930) until I was checking out thinking I was going to pay my $10 office visit co-pay. The dentist I am assigned to is only at this office on Wednesday and I would have had to wait a week to see him, therefore I took this appointment.
