I called these guys based on other reviews and was not disappointed. I have been in the service industry for 30 years. Unfortunately, not AC and Heating. Tech (Tuan) came out within 30 minutes of my call. I explained the problem and he went right to the source and had it fixed very quickly. I will definitely call these guys in the future, and recommend them to everyone. more

AMERICAN COMFORT EXPERTS has a very efficient staff. They arrived at my house when they said they would and they are good at following up with their services. They helped me install a new air conditioning unit and it works great to this day. The amount of time it took for them to finish the installing the unit was also very efficient. more

Never have I used a company with customer service as awesome as ACE! From the very first encounter with Doug, there was never a doubt in my mind ACE was the company I wanted to do business with. Our A/C finally broke down for good so we needed a new system. After comparing companies and pricing, the best value was without question ACE. In less than an hour after signing the agreement, Ryan came with two temporary a/c units were on the way to our home for us to use (free of charge) until the new system could be installed. He quickly set the units up, made sure they were working correctly and showed us how to operate them. Now THAT'S service!\r \r Christi (such a pleasant person) called the next morning and set up our install to our satisfaction. Manny and DeWayne showed up early for the new a/c unit install, took great care in every aspect and were both so very nice and courteous. Both were very patient and explained how everything worked and left without a trace of them having been there other than a new unit that was heaven sent. This morning, (three days after the install) Tracy came and inspected every aspect of the unit to insure a proper job had been done with the install. \r \r I can't say enough good things about this company. They gave us everything up front and in writing. The best part is, they HONOR everything they say! Thanks Doug and crew. more

Disregard the previous pre-emptive review. I had a large job done by them and although there were some issues and mis-communications along the way, American Comfort Experts did what it takes to make it right. The owner (Doug Smith) is a reasonable guy, and after a lengthy conversation we came to a fair agreement. The job is done, and I would not hesitate to recommend American Comfort Experts to anyone! My heater stopped working during the cold fronts. After getting two other estimates that seemed pretty high decided to call American Comfort Experts and they sent out a technician, where they just charged a flat rate. He took a look around and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I really felt comfortable with him and I got the feeling he cared more about my problem than he did my money. I felt like the other guys were making the problem bigger than it was just to get more money out of me. I am very impressed and I've already sent three other people their way. GREAT COMPANY ALL AROUND! more

So I got a wild hair and decided to change the thermostat on our home. Well I didn't shut the power switch to my furnace and after two hours of trying to change the thermostat to the new one and then back to the old one we determined that I broke something. So after my hubby being pissed and of course it was after hours I called one repair person he told me he could not get to me until two days later, JMoore would come late next day and then I stumbled on American Comfort Experts, I filled out the form online and within an hour I had a call back. David showed up about 10:30 pm that night and stayed until he fixed the blown fuse in the furnace and he was kind enough to change the thermostat the right way for us. The pricing was AWESOME as they have a fixed flat rate and I was more the happy with writing the check. So Thanks to ACE, not only did I not have to sleep on the couch w/ no heat he saved me from several hours of listening to my hubby complain that I should have listened to him in the first place and turned the power off.
