Two years ago Air America put in an almost brand new air conditioning and heating system. They have serviced it twice since then. The service calls have gone very well. All of their technicians seem very competent. Their customer service is okay. They usually initiate contact regarding servicing the units. They are expensive, but they do a good job. more

The service I received from American Air Conditioning & Heating was perfect. They inspected my heater and air conditioning unit. They explained whatever they did and they showed it to me as well. I was very satisfied. The technicians were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them and their company. My heater and a/c have both been running well. more

American Air Conditioning & Heating came to enlarge our ducts. They did that very well! We would like to go back to the old type of thermostat, rather than the digital, but they still did fine. more

Ever since I started using them about three or four years ago, American Air Conditioning & Heating's people have been very consistent about coming out every year to check my furnace. They tell me what I need and give me a general idea of what's going on with the unit. I like that about their service. more

Excellent expreience with a service company 10/19/2013

Not being familiar with American Air Conditioning and making a major investment in replacing a/c & heating units, as well as duct work in two homes, I can say I am completely satisified. The techs I worked with reminded me of something out of the 1950's with their clean cut appearance and manners. They were timely, responded promptly to all issues or problems and corrected them immediately. I highly recommend this company! more

American Heating has been very good in keeping in contact with me but the other company we're working with has been the main problem and halting the work that needs to be done. Work needs to be done on the roof but he won't get on the roof because of the tile. But I can't hold that against American Heating. They've been really good in checking in with me and the other company. more

American Air Conditioning & Heating has been very courteous. When they come they explain everything to me and I have no problem understanding what they are talking about. I've been using their service for the past two and a half years The first thing I got was a furnace. Then I had the attic fan redone and asbestos taken out. After that I had a water heater installed. They are very pleasant people. The first time around was good, so I just stuck with them. Any time I enjoy doing business with someone I stick by them. more

American Air Conditioning & Heating sent people to check the furnace. They were very clean. They covered their shoes when they came in and then picked up after themselves. They also explained everything to me. They were so cordial and willing to help in any way they could! more

Professional, efficient, and couretous, and plesant 10/7/2013

American Air Conditioning & Heating came in annually to do inspections and maintenance on my furnace. This year, I thought about getting an A/C while it was getting colder and they wouldn't be so busy. I mentioned this to the wonderful maintenance man, Arturo Rodriguez, and he said that he couldn't give me an estimate himself but he could send a salesperson out to me either tomorrow even today if I wanted. I told him he could send someone today and so, after an hour after Rodriguez left, the salesperson showed up. Normally, I don't go with something without getting more estimates but because of my long relationship with the company, I knew what the general ballpark would be. So, I bought an A/C and a new furnace because the one I had was getting pretty old. They were always prompt and always appropriately ID'd themselves before stepping into the house. Great service & professional response and attitude. 8/24/2013

American Air & Heating has serviced my homes for approximately 2 years, I have had a positive experience each time they speak to me, and each time they service my home air/heating needs. They are friendly people from the phone response "How can we make you smile?", to the service field representatives that do the work assigned by the company. I have never really had this kind of experience with a service company, maybe the public utility companies can learn something from this business model. more
