I recently got an eyebrow wax with Jacqueline. She was fabulous, it was only a small service, but she made me feel like I was her most important client. She consulted with me about the shape she thought would be best, and made sure I was in agreement before she waxed me. Her consultation was great and made me feel very secure, as any woman knows a bad eyebrow wax is like having a bad haircut on your face. She used great products that left me with very little red and irritation. I would reccomend her to anyone for any wax they were considering. Her prices were great, the service was phenomenal, and I left a very happy customer. Pros: evening hours, very knowledgeable, private wax room more

Wow 5/14/2008

I love going to April at Ambiance. She always does such a good job. She is very fast but does a great job. She really listens and gives you the haircut and color you really want, and not just the style she feels like giving you. I love going there, and I can always get an appointment that works with my schedule. I would totally suggest this place. more

terrible experience. Will never go back. 3/11/2008

I went to the salon to finally treat myself and I ended up walking out feeling terrible. The appt was with the owner of the business and it started out okay. She did a nice job highlighting but she was very rough with my hair and never actually asked how I wanted it cut. We talked the whole time about how I had been trying to grow my hair out (which I had been working on for about a year). Pros: highlights, reception Cons: poor ownership, want to please customer needs more
