Review content:
Technician picked up my LCD television and I had it back in my home repaired within a week. Then the technician went so far as to clean up my hook-ups and wiring. He eliminatied some of the cables that were not necessary. This got rid of the rats nest of wires and cables I had behind my television stand. He also took alot of time explaining how to operate ALL of my equipment to me, even though I only called him for my television repair. He was very friendly and courteous to me showing nothing but respect for me and my equipment. He never made me feel like my questions were stupid or not worth answering. I will not call any other servicer for my electronic equipment.
