I was really impressed by Mark Bradley during my initial service today. In a time when excellent customer service is sometimes not deemed important, he made sure that we were completely happy. My wife was impressed by his shoe booties and I was impressed by how thorough he was. We have a very tall (40 feet plus) eave that had an old wasp nest attached to it, he went to great lengths to ensure that he knocked it down. I really hope he comes every time. Very polite and nice to talk to. more

Francisco from Alterra did an awesome job today! I mentioned to him that we have slugs and snails starting to come out of hibernation and even though he said they usually don't treat for them this time of year (early March), he applied Sluggo to all my flower beds. This was very helpful, as I can take it off my ""to do"" list and I have a head start in my war against snails, one I am determined to win. Thanks, Francisco and Alterra! more

I love how Alterra will always come back for a re-service if I ever notice any bugs around the house, yard, etc. Francisco has been our regular sprayer, and he is always so pleasant and respectful, always with a smile on his face! My kids watch him from the window and wave at him while he sprays. more

Clay Atkinson has been coming to spray my home the past few services and does a great job. We have children in the home and he is always making sure to tell me everything I need to know to keep them safe and best of all my home has been spider free!!!! yay! more

John H. came today to do my winter treatment. He informed me that even though it was snowy outside the bugs were still there and they would get them before spring arrived. He did a dust treatment and swept along the windows and under the eaves. He is a wonderful employee. Thanks John H. for the great service you performed today more

I was tempted to cancel my service before it started. I'm VERY glad I didn't. Bishar N. Was so professional and answered all of my questions. He didn't rush or pressure me and he was very considerate. I have an enormous yard with pumpkin, squash and other veggies planted throughout my yard. He took his time and made sure he kept my veggie plants safe while treating all of the ant hills and other problem areas. He wore shoe protectors over his shoes in the house, and made sure my questions were answered when he was done. We had our first service by Alterra two days ago and it was a positive experience. Clay Atkinson was very nice and cute with my kids, he did a great job at explaining what was being done and why and made sure I knew to keep the kids away til it dried. I'm impressed that they will come out in between scheduled visits if needed. I'm looking forward to not seeing anymore giant spiders or crickets. Thanks! more

Bishar was really friendly and polite! I have two small children and he was upfront about risks with by baby under 1 explaining if I wanted my inside living space done I would need to have my little guy out of the house for at least 2 hours. I decided to not have him spray the upstairs however I am appreciative that he was knowledgeable and concerned about the effects of the spray on my kids. Great first experiences with Alterra! more

We have snails, spiders, wasps and grasshoppers eating our plants. B. Nakkour listened carefully to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. He even took a soil sample back for an evaluation. He was very knowlegable on the subject. He did a thorough job of spraying and pelleting and cleaning out all of the webs. I use Alterra because their products are environmentally safe and only harmful to the insects. more
