Brandon Kofoed was really good when he came to our house. Before going with Alterra we had another pest control company that have been with for quite some time and was hesitant about moving over. However Brandon was great he was reassurring me that i made the right choice with his actions. He got rid of the cob webs we had around our stone fireplace and he took the time to check the yard for wasp nests. Our old pest control company never did that. He answered all my questions thouroughly and had a smile on his face the whole time. IT was a great experience and i look forward to doing business with Alterra Pest control. more

Pattie E. was very sweet. She took the time to spray everywhere I asked of her. She was polite, and very patient. I asked her to do an extra spray in a nesting spot of yellow jackets that I had forgoten to mention when she first got there, she not only went to her truck and got what ""tools"" she needed, but she agreed to do it with a smile! What a great employee to have, you guys are one lucky company!!! Thanks a bunch Pattie!! more

He was very friendly, professional, and interested in my concerns, making sure he addressed them. He told me what to look for after the treatment, and if I had a problem before the next quarterly treatment to contact the company for an immediate re service. Thanks! more
