Had our first service with Alterra Pest Control today. So far I am impressed. The technician, Greg T., was very nice and so friendly. He was very informative and made sure that I knew that it was his top priority to make sure we are satisfied with the job he does as well as Alterra's services. He went so far as to offer to come out and stomp on a spider in the house if requested. It has only been a few hours since the first treatment and I have already found dead crickets and spiders in the yard. Jason C. more

J. Ribbens came to my home two weeks ago and listened to my concerns. He took extra time to take care of my spider and ant needs. He then came back two weeks later to make sure we noticed an improvement. We did!!! And we love the attention Alterra and J. Ribbens provided more

T. J. Beach came out to our home this week for an extra service on spiders. He was very thorough cleaning around all my windows and even sprayed spider webs in the bushes by the house. He also left me with a spider trap for indoors. Couldn't ask for better service! more

our service man Michael K. did a great job, we had an out building full of wasp and hornet nests and he was out there dodging wasps for a full 5 min trying to get rid of all the nests. more

Michael K came out to my house yesterday and did a fabulous job! He was very courteous and professional. I have already noticed a lot of dead bugs and hornets around my house. TJ Beach was on time, was thorough in going over my property BEFORE and AFTER the treatment for wasps or hornets or yellow jackets (whatever the nasty little creatures are). He showed me where every nest was, showed me each of them after they were removed, and spent the time to explain the treatment. Today Isaac came and very courteously presented the pest control program. The price was very reasonable and I needed the service, so I signed up. Then a few hours later Greg came and did the application. He let me show him the problem spots and we talked about possible causes and solutions. He was courteous and I felt he was trustworthy. Both were clean cut, courteous and interested in solving my pest problems. more

Greg serviced our home for the very first time today. He was very professional and did an outstanding job at explaining the service plan and all that needed to be done to keep our home pest free. I felt very confident that he would do a good job and he did. We have a lot of spiders in our rocks and woods around our home which like to come inside. After the service he let me know what he had found around my home and all that he did. Thank you Greg. more
