I am a new customer. I transferred from a big name company to try Alterra. I liked the fact they could treat more of my yard then the other company. The two gentlemen Marco and Chris showed up. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. They treated the entire inside and outside of my home. I am very please with my first treatment and have no regrets leaving my previous company. Thank you! more

Jack C. \r \r I signed up for the Alterra Pest Service on Saturday and was told that my service time would be at 8:30 Monday, June 10, 2013. Bill F. with Alterra Pest Control was here at 8:20, rang the door bell and proceeded through the process of what he would be doing. Bill performed the inspection and controll process in a timely fashion, starting with the outside portion of the service first. He was professionally dressed, answered all my questions and at the end of the service made sure I was satisified. He explained that over the next several days we would probably notice more bugs, both on the inside and outside of the home. He stated that was normal, but should we have concerns, to recontact for another application. \r \r A big thanks to Bill F. more

I'm a new customer of Alterra. Signed up yesterday. Mr. Taylor, was the gentlemen that came out to spray in the pouring rain today our house. He was very thoughly tell me what he was going to do. Very polite person. Mr. Taylor answer all my questions. Mr. Taylor did a good job. He came in and told me that he used the power instead of the liquid now cause of the rain. Very pleased with Mr. Taylor and his work. Great Job Taylor!!! more

We signed up with Alterra after spending years with a series of other pest control companies. I think we've finally found a keeper. David and Lynn came out for our initial application. They were extremely friendly and spent a lot of time explaining everything they were going to do as well as explaining the overall philosophy of Alterra and their treatment program. When finished, she stopped by to let us know they were finished and was there anything else they could do for us or any questions we needed answered. Today Marco stopped by which I thought was unusual since it was raining but after Marco explained their ""rain treatment"" where they put down a granular that is activated by rain, it made a lot more sense. He also treated our eaves, yard and around doors & windows. He also came in a treated our kitchen baseboards for ants just to make sure those little critters didn't return. Marco was really nice and our experience with the personnel at Alterra couldn't have been better. We highly recommend this company. more

At first we were a little leery as a young man from Alterra knocked on our door to solicit business - not the usual way we hire someone, but he was courteous and friendly, explained everything well and even showed us neighbors who had signed up with them, which alleviated our fears of signing with them. \r \r Two days later David showed up EXACTLY on time on a HOLIDAY no less!! He was super friendly, nice, courteous and fast....and he did it all in the rain, no less. We couldn't have asked for a better person to attend to our needs. We look forward to an ant-free and spider-free home! more
