Review content:
We signed up with Alterra after spending years with a series of other pest control companies. I think we've finally found a keeper. David and Lynn came out for our initial application. They were extremely friendly and spent a lot of time explaining everything they were going to do as well as explaining the overall philosophy of Alterra and their treatment program. When finished, she stopped by to let us know they were finished and was there anything else they could do for us or any questions we needed answered. Today Marco stopped by which I thought was unusual since it was raining but after Marco explained their ""rain treatment"" where they put down a granular that is activated by rain, it made a lot more sense. He also treated our eaves, yard and around doors & windows. He also came in a treated our kitchen baseboards for ants just to make sure those little critters didn't return. Marco was really nice and our experience with the personnel at Alterra couldn't have been better. We highly recommend this company.
