Thank you Marco and Luke! I appreciate the speed and convenience of the treatments. I also appreciate you coming in and treating for ants, even though they haven't been an issue this year. I HATE ants in the kitchen and want to keep them out! It's great that you treat before it becomes an issue. . . not after. more

Alterra has high standards for their employees. The Sales rep Jesus as well as the Service Pros Taylor and Christian were professional, courteous, and respectful. Taylor and Christian were at my home this morning doing my initial application. They were both knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were very thorough with the actual application and the associated paperwork. I would recommend Alterra to friends and family. more

It's clear that Alterra has very high standards for their employees and their quality of work. David Rice and Sean were here this morning to do my initial pest prevention treatment and it was an excellent experience. They showed up right on time and looking clean and professional. I was completely comfortable have them in and around my home. \r They explained what they were doing an why and what the follow up process would be to ensure my home remains insect/spider free. They were friendly, professional and most importantly - thorough. \r Sean and David did an excellent job representing the company as did the representative, Mitch, who I met with yesterday to set up the appointment. I am very happy I chose Alterra. I would not hesitate in recommending Alterra to my friends and family. more

Marco covered ALL of our concerns. We were unavailable to let Alterra into our home the last two quarterly visits and had noticed a few spiders and a tick on our dog. I called them and they scheduled us immediately. Marco was right on time and did all the applications cheerfully and thoroughly (this included granular treatment of the lawn for fleas and ticks, sprayed all three levels of the house for spiders, cleared the eaves of a wasp nest, and bombed the attic for silverfish). Marco and Dave came by this evening to provide our quarterly pest control treatment. They were very friendly and efficient, as well as knowledgable. When we moved into our home there were pests, but since we started using Alterra about 9 months ago, all problems have resolved. We are very happy with their service. more

Lee came back for our service on time (lasst time it was snowing and he felt it would be best to come back) and treated for ants on the exterior and did the regular quarterly service. Lee is very professional and is very willing to please the homeowner in their pest control adventure. more
