I am a retired vet tech and Vet hospital manager. Los Gatos is So very high priced. While hospitlized for 2 days They overdosed my 2 year old dog with an ""off label"" pain kill...

Great Doctors, not so good receptionists 12/10/2009

The facility is clean, the doctors are friendly, and they saved our dog. But be aware that the Los Gatos Dog and Cat Hospital has receptionists that can be outright rude, and honestly de-prioritize your visit. My experience with the doctors was good, but the insensitivity of the receptionists was just terrible. Overall, though, I am very grateful to Dr. Reynolds for bandaging up Rocket. more

If you love your pet---DON'T Do it! 9/4/2008

I am a retired vet tech and Vet hospital manager. Los Gatos is So very high priced. While hospitlized for 2 days They overdosed my 2 year old dog with an ""off label"" pain killing medication. We then went to another hospital where she died a few days later of pneumonia+collapsed lung. more
