The facility is clean, the doctors are friendly, and they saved our dog. But be aware that the Los Gatos Dog and Cat Hospital has receptionists that can be outright rude, and honestly de-prioritize your visit. My experience with the doctors was good, but the insensitivity of the receptionists was just terrible. Overall, though, I am very grateful to Dr. Reynolds for bandaging up Rocket.
