I have been going to Dr. Conley for a few years now and she is just great! She helped to correct my neck pain due to a car accident and since then my posture and headaches have both improved. Dr. Conley is the first chiropractor I have ever visited, and I have to admit I was a bit nervous about trying this type of care. However, with her patient, matter of fact explanation, I became familiar with the process and began to see the benefit of regular chiropractic care almost immediately. Dr. Conley provides a completely holistic approach to healing, using trigger point massage prior to adjustments, recommended stretches for ongoing healing, as well as supportive diet and exercise guidance, if you are seeking that (totally not preachy about these subjects, but extremely knowledgeable about anatomy,physiology and nutrition, if you ask her for advise). Her nurturing approach to making people feel better is a welcome breath of fresh air in the condescending and antiseptic medical profession. If you live in Boston area and seek a chiropractor, you would be an idiot not to get on her schedule for an appointment. I moved away and have seen half dozen so-so chiropractors in my new town (san diego)- she has raise the bar of what healing through regular chiropractic means! more

I went to Alta Chiropractic with sudden, intense back pain. The physical treatment was excellent, which I more or less expected because Dr. Conley came so highly recommended. What was unexpected was the kindness, compassion, and understanding that went along with the physical treatment. I always left Alta Chiropractic feeling so much better, both physically and mentally, that it astonished me. And the recommendations for at-home things to watch for and exercises to do made me much more aware of my body generally. I am pain-free now--and usually aware of my posture and the way I'm holding my head, neck, etc. I can't recommend (or thank) Dr. Conley highly enough. more

Since then, her treatments have given me relief from extreme bouts of pain that had been plaguing me for weeks. Dr. Susan Conley is truly a remarkable Chiropractor. Over the past 2 years, I have been seeing her regulalrly for 2 herniated discs, the latest one was actually sciatica which she treated me for and rendered me pain free within 4 months. I also had tennis elbow which she treated and freed me from pain in 3 months, as well as a sprined neck (twice now). She takes a vested interest in her paitients and teaches them about their condition, what they can do for it on their own, and what to expect from what she does in treatment.
