Review content:
I went to Alta Chiropractic with sudden, intense back pain. The physical treatment was excellent, which I more or less expected because Dr. Conley came so highly recommended. What was unexpected was the kindness, compassion, and understanding that went along with the physical treatment. I always left Alta Chiropractic feeling so much better, both physically and mentally, that it astonished me. And the recommendations for at-home things to watch for and exercises to do made me much more aware of my body generally. I am pain-free now--and usually aware of my posture and the way I'm holding my head, neck, etc. I can't recommend (or thank) Dr. Conley highly enough.
